A presentation to help you understand how Mindfulness can help you feel calmer, healthier and less stressed. This course will cover definitions, scientific evidence, methods and tools for improving your daily life. 

This course is a 6-hour course that can be offered as 6-week, 3-week, or full day presentation.

A small group follow-up setting to continue applying mindful techniques to individuals' specific needs and personal situation on an as needed basis in 1 hour sessions.
